  This was my first time, at REI awesome place. I think the guy name was Saul ? that helped us back in the shoe department. He was very awesome.he took the time to share and teach about the shoes that I was looking for, this guy was very helpful from beginning to end also, he had to go help someone else But he sent someone to help us if needed, thank you so much.That was very considerate, he also shared with us regarding the membership.

  Never knew this place existed till my wife googled it and found it very similar to a Dick's Sporting goods store, but a lot larger and has more personalized items like Rock, climbing and other outdoor sports. Has plenty of clothing items from children to adults. Also has all kinds of dehydrated food for camping.

  Best outdoor store since the dawn of time! Absolutely everyone friendly and kind, exchanged a loved (but ripping) jacket for the full amount and didn't take it off that day until bedtime. REI - unlike a lot of modern customer care operations - gets it.
