Tried talking to the staff but was given the worst attitude by the manager. She talked to me in the worst condescending tone and said that there was no issue with our service. The fact that she talked to me in such a manner will be the reason I never return.

- TZTali ZessiOct 27, 20253.0Under new ownership! We liked that they brought the booths back and the lanes seem to be functioning better. However, the food service was very very slow and you have to order from the counter. No lane service now. Not a single person came to our lane to serve us. I think it took 45 min for pretzels to be ready. We had to retrieve them ourselves. No water. Also, it is now $10 per game per person plus shoes. The place was completely empty on a cloudy weekend afternoon! That should indicate to them that something isn’t right - I think it’s the cost. That’s a lot for some bowling with your family!!
