After our original team building venue canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, their staff stepped in without hesitation and welcomed our group of 30+ guests, opening their facility nearly two hours ahead of normal operating hours to accommodate us. The team’s flexibility, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned a stressful situation into an incredible experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized, the atmosphere was energetic and fun, and the staff made sure every member of our group felt taken care of. We are extremely grateful for their partnership and commitment to service. I highly recommend Bowlero Charlotte for team building events, group outings, or a fun night out, they go above and beyond to create a memorable experience.

There were only 2 guys working but they were rockstars with awesome attitudes and took great care of us and really made a great start to a wonderful anniversary.
