Every single employee that we interacted with was such a positive helpful kind person. We did the VIP private session with unlimited food, drinks/alcohol, and bowling for our group of 10. It was such a great time everyone loved it. The staff did everything they could to make sure we had a good time. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Had to wait 5 min before someone even met me at the front counter. Once checked in we were seated at a nasty booth with food and soda on floor. After playing for about 10min no one came to service us. A family of 3 set down next to us and was serviced ASAP, while I had to go to the bar for service. While at the bar I ordered pizza and beer, but was only given the beer, and about 30 min later I had to find waitress to ask where it food was. Not to mention I spent over $200 in the first hour, and would have spent more of the service was up to part.

My friends and I had a really disappointing experience at this bowling alley. We purchased a Groupon and called ahead to ask about reservations. We were told reservations weren’t allowed with a Groupon, but that we shouldn’t have any issue getting a lane as long as we arrived before 6 PM. When we got there, everything changed the moment we mentioned we were using a Groupon. The staff immediately became dismissive and told us there were no lanes available, despite multiple lanes clearly being open. We were then told it would be at least a 2-hour wait—conveniently past the time our Groupon would no longer be valid. We completely understand that reservations take priority, and we were willing to wait. We even asked if we could scan our Groupon and come back later, especially since we had just paid $30 for parking. That request was denied without any attempt to accommodate us. When we asked to speak with a manager, the employee at the front desk claimed he was the manager and simply walked away mid-conversation. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was frustrating and honestly shocking. It felt like we were immediately dismissed the second the word “Groupon” came up. On top of receiving completely different information over the phone, we were left stuck paying for parking with nothing to show for it. Based on this experience alone, I would not return or recommend this place.

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE. I was interested in the Groupon deal they had going on so I called on Wednesday and asked the person on the phone what the rules were about using it and when we should come in on a Saturday. The worker told me Saturday we have to use it before 6 pm but we could get there at “5:59 pm” and still be able to use it. He reassured me that we would be fine and coming in earlier than 5 was not necessary. We showed up Saturday at 5:30pm and the man and woman at the front refused to let us play. The place was empty and they had almost all shoe cubbies filled with shoes but they claimed they had reservations. What’s the point of having a Groupon if you can’t walk in and get a lane? The workers and supposedly “manager” had a rude attitude and did not have any empathy towards us. I have complained with Groupon and am asking for a refund because I do not want to go back to this place that doesn’t know how to treat their customers.
