I went on my first backpacking trip to Big Sur in Cali, and went in to get boots, trekking poles and a backpack over the course of a few weeks. I especially want to give a big thanks to the person who helped me pick and size an Osprey, (can’t remember her name, but her brother had just moved to Santa Cruz where I was headed) and she made the whole experience stress free and the pack was amazing! Every time I go in here I always get the best customer experience from knowledgeable staff who actually are passionate and know what they’re talking about! Thank you Asheville REI!
