They refused to give out free water despite it being readily available and a very reasonable request from a local. There is no way else to say it besides this is an establishment that values profits over safety of their patrons. My taxes paid for the their water to be treated and yet they will only allow patrons to be charged for bottled water. I won’t be back to this sleazy establishment simply because of how blatantly they don’t care about the very community they claim to serve.

Wicked scammy move by staff, played the string cut game, cut it to the final one like one singular strand about to snap under its own weight, turned around to get in line and buy more credits. One of the employees has been watching me and after I loudly told my group “im about to win the prize” walked over while talking into his walkie talkie, opened the case, took it out and went to the back, then brought out a new one with a new string. I’d understand if he had actually won it, but it felt scummy to wait until I had turned around and done the hard part to swoop in and take it out literally while I was buying the final credits to win it. Very intentional looking I won’t lie, he hadn’t been anywhere near it until he heard me say I’d cut it that much.
