    I prepaid a reservation for two hours of bowling in Asheville with my family this afternoon, who were visiting me for the holidays, and unfortunately, our lane broke down within 5 minutes after beginning our first game. The system would not reset, and after making one attempt, the only AMF front desk employee on duty said that she would be unable to fix it, and that no other lanes were available. She also said that she was not equipped to give me a full refund on the spot, due to unspecified system constraints, but that it would be forthcoming later today, and that an AMF sales team representative would be calling me to confirm that the full amount of my purchase would be credited back to me. Well this did not happen, and I am not happy. We drove 30 minutes each way to get there and back, and came home empty handed, with no bowling experience. If I don't get any resolution by the end of the week, I am fully prepared to file a dispute with my credit card company for services that were paid for but never received. To not make this right on the spot, or at least by the end of the day, is just plain wrong, and I intend to continue moving forward with this dispute until it is satisfactorily resolved.
