  We stayed here for 3 weeks in December 2025 and left early. They have major water issues. The water went out twice due to a line break. Then at least another 2 times for repairs/maintenance. I get this happens, but our neighbor who has been staying there for 13 years said it’s been much worse over the last few years. Also, when calling in about it they said they can’t call 400 people to alert them. Really? You can send an email or a text in about 30 seconds if you have the proper system. And thousand trails has a reservation system so idk why they can’t email/text you prior to turning the water off or in the event of a line break. The laundry room is dirty and one of the washers was out of service. On a positive note they do accept packages, not first class mail though.

  The cabins are clean but not exactly 4 full size people. Otherwise, great water pressure, clean dishes, and all in all its a great campground.

  Cant say I've ever been more disappointed in paying any amount of money to stay anywhere. The staff is not that helpful, the front gate has allowed many people to slide in with out a pass code or key card. Our site was covered in leaves and old dog feces when we first arrived and after cleaned up my daughter stepped in a pile of dog feces in her brand new shoes because everyone seems to be allowed to let their dogs run loose whenever they feel like it. Other sites blast music in all hours of the night on the nights they feel like it and nothing is said or done about any of this. Along with supposedly having a water main break and being told the whole campground is without water and will be getting fixed just to find out the next day it is still not fixed and told it might be fixed again by the next day and that situation is causing problems with water in our camper and not allowing us or our children to even use the restroom and not one person has mentioned any kind of feasible solution or compensation or refund of any kind. 10 out of 10 would not ever recommend this campground to anyone. Now to add on to this they have also told everyone not to dump their septic, so this is now a campground where atleast once every week or two they shut the water off on everyone that stays here and also have told everyone they camp dump their tanks........ this is a joke of a campground and not only will I never recommend anyone to come here or stay here after this experience I will also make every review on every web page I can to help prevent other people from being tricked into thinking this is a nice well maintained park and finding out it is trash that no one takes care of correctly. It is a very sad situation that everyone that stays here annually pays thousands per site to have a spot here and the campground amazingly seems to have lost all of that money from everyone because they obviously cant afford to maintain this place or fix the problems they are having correctly to resolve the situation.
