- KKKaiOct 12, 20252.0I’m a member and still get treated like i’m an idiot. They have nice stuff and some things i need here because I can’t find it anywhere. However, they bother you a lot to see if you need help and then they can never help you or want you to order it. The cashier had no social skills. Asked for a bag and she got passive aggressive. Not a good look for a company to shove all your goods and make you walk out looking like an idiot holding it all in your arms. Sadly, REI is not the only company that has sacrificed customer service over their dumb agenda. Its a lost art but its not difficult. I would appreciate if the public didn’t act like dogs are children and just leave them at home. I don’t enjoy having allergic attacks while shopping for gear

She was the snarky one telling me it’s been 4 years since they had bags! Well I guess I will no longer look to them for outdoor goods if they hire horrible people like that. I even think she was a manger!!
