They carry tons of different clothing brands Top Gear backpacks, freeze dried foods and write down to what you would need for backpacking in the wilderness or mountain biking. It’s a beautiful store, well organized, and friendly staff.

I went in looking for help in her department, but she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products or able to answer basic questions. On top of that, her attitude came off as rude and a bit awkward, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I usually expect really helpful and friendly service at REI, so this was definitely not what I’m used to. Hopefully this was just a bad day, but it wasn’t a great customer experience.
