This past weekend was the first day of member days and the store was very crowded but me and my partner wanted to try on boots and shoes. Abby in footwear was an absolute legend! She was beyond friendly and informative and at one point I think was helping a dozen people at once. Interactions like this are the one of the reasons I am a member and have the REI Mastercard and will keep coming back! Anyway give that lady a raise she’s the bomb.com
