- AAAmandaMar 23, 20265.0James, Scott, and unfortunately I didn’t catch the third guy’s name were all FANTASTIC! There was also a fourth guy who helped answer a question I had about the area. I wish I had gotten all of their names, but regardless—they were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly made my day and overall experience wonderful. Their level of customer service really stood out and is exactly what this world needs. I would go back in a heartbeat. James was patient, explained the bear spray options and helped me pick the right one. Two of them even helped put a cargo box on my car, walked me through the process, and taught me how to use it. I truly can’t say enough about how thankful I am for their help. Thanks guys, you’re all awesome!!

My husband and I were looking for a backpack for him and the sales associate asked what we were looking for and as I was explain to him what we needed he turned away from me and started helping another customer. I was mid-sentence when he turned away. I've never been treated so rudely here.
