  On a road trip and stopped over in Billings for a few days on my way to Maine. I decided the drive across country was making me chubby and lazy so the answer was to get a bicycle . I went into four shops before I ended up at Padego. This is a family run store, super friendly, and the customer service was amazing. The owner and his daughter took time to explain all the details of the bike that I picked out. He was even kind enough to load it up in the back of my truck for me. Price wise for electric bikes they are very competitive if not, even less expensive than the other stores I stopped at. The model I chose certainly has the quality of much more expensive Ebike. If you’re in the Billings area and in the market for a bike, I would definitely recommend this establishment. I am a big believer in supporting small businesses. It’s a little fact that Small businesses make up 99.9% of all employer firms in the United States.

  Mark & Tracy are great folks who know their product line well. Very patient with indecisive folks like me! I bought an orange Element. Mark set it up with a comfort seat, fenders, rack, light, rack bag and lock. I love this thing! I put 10 miles on it the first day! Thank you Mark & Tracy!

  After suffering a broken leg recently, Stopped in to Pedego Billings thinking that an e-bike might help with my rehab. After visiting with Mark for a few minutes he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very patient and thorough. Went back a few days later and purchased my Comfort Cruiser. Can't wait to heal up enough to start riding! Highly recommend Mark and the crew at Pedego Billings!

  I had looked at e-bikes over a year ago but they were all too tall for me. Then I went to Pedigo Billings. They immediately listened to my needs and showed me a beautiful Interceptor that fit me perfectly. They left no stone unturned in educating me about how to use and care for my new pedal assist bike. I love my new bike.

  Many thanks to Mark and Tracy Rheaume at Pedago Billings in Montana. They're a great Pedago store that just opened and I'm glad they did! I stopped in as a traveler who had a brake problem after a minor fall.  Ray made it a quick fix and even tuned my bike up. This is a fantastic brand that is so easy to carry on the back of my WB Revel. They have a great selection of bikes and are very friendly and helpful. It's nice to know that wherever my pedals go, Pedago is there to help.
