  The beds were made to look as if the rooms had been cleaned. They were not! Sheets dirty, left over wrist bands and hair ties from previous guests. Called front desk, they take us to another room on the same floor. Again, beds made to look as if the rooms were clean. Peel back the covers and there are crumbs and hair and debris everywhere. Change rooms a third time and the smell alone of cigarettes and some kind of chemical was enough. We left immediately. Unless they have an overhaul of house cleaning staff do not stay here.

  Room was disgusting shower had something growing in it in the corners front desk was very nice people that work there are awesome at least the ones you interact with

  Amazing view, rooms are nice! Atmosphere is always a pleasure for the staff are always welcoming. I definitely recommend it. Beware they have no coffee pots in the rooms anymore. I dont drink coffee, but my wife does lol she's not a fan of that lol

  This hotel has a lot of potential but it is not what it should be. The decor and amenities are stuck in the 90s. Tech conveniences are non existent. The only reason I gave 3 stars at all is because the staff was friendly. It's not their fault the hotel is disappointing. The room view looking over the Mississippi river was awesome. The pool was not locked so we assumed it was open. I've seen swamps that were cleaner,hot tub as well. Vicksburg as a town is pretty much in the same condition. Location great, potential great but civic pride died in the late 90s or possibly the early 2000's. Hope for better.
