  Rooms definitely need a make over! Linens were dirty, furniture falling apart & air vent was falling apart as well, mold on shower curtain & no security lock on door. Staff at hotel & casino were very nice & helpful. During the week there’s no transportation from hotel to casino.

  I stopped coming to this casino a few years ago because I was constantly harassed by this short chubby black security guard most times I went to this casino. I complained about him a couple of times and filed an official complaint against him. Apparently, it didn’t make a difference because I recently started visiting the location, again and, surprisingly, he is still there. Ridiculous! Now, my latest experience is causing me to completely leave this place alone. I attempted to utilize an offer that was available for another Penn location, I contacted my host within the required minimum 72 hour advance request because the request had to be submitted via the host. It was Thursday when I requested it for the following Wednesday, well within the 72 hour window. I followed up a couple of times with my host to ensure my request was being processed. As of today, Monday, nothing was ever reserved. When I reached out to another host (Tionne) this morning, she was a very sweet person, for assistance they were unable to book the room because they were told it wasn’t within the 72 hour window. The ball was dropped by someone and it was foolish/tacky for the customer to be penalized for an error caused within Penn Entertainment. The fact that no one had the authority nor insight to see how ridiculous this situation was handled says there is poor leadership still at this Vicksburg location. I am sure I will get the standard canned response to my review from the casino. Take the time to contact the individuals providing helpful feedback to get as much information as possible to help you all address any necessary issues. Fortunately, I have taken the time to leave a voicemail message and emailed the corporate office. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with any similar problems in the future.

  Campground is good for an overnight stop. It can use a facelift. Not sure if someone could do long term here or not, but someone was and it was a little trashy

  The worst hotel I ever stayed in, outdated, dirty, nets flying everywhere, had to get sheets and place over beds because the comforters were dirty thank GOD I brought my own throw covers …. I never been there so when I called I asked the lady on the phone was the hotel connected to the casino she told me YES!!! That was a LIE!!! Other than that the women at the front desk was very nice… WOULD NOT BBE RETURNING!!!

  Nice location across the street from the casino. When I reserved the room I thought it was on the same property, but it's still convenient to the casino and river. It is NOT on the river, but is very close.
