  Allow me to commence by addressing the behavior of Mr. Brian, the Caucasian floor manager, who has exhibited inappropriate conduct. It appears that he communicates only with individuals of his own race, which constitutes discriminatory behavior. Regarding the casino experience, I frequent the high roller section, where one must incur losses of at least $6000 to qualify for a bonus that I consider insufficient.   sarah t on the penn play app chat space was extremly rude, didnt listen to the full request, gave me wrong info that she swore was correct and then when i told her the people she said call told me they werent the right dept, she made up another dept, told me to call them......wouldnt let me talk to a manager, only said heres a survey (which nevr came because she ended the cnversation) and next thing i knew it was starting over with a different rep

  ***UPDATE: each PRE-WRITTEN reply sounds like a broken record..were sorry, were working on it, better luck the NEXT TIME..yeahyeahyeah.there will be NO NEXT TIME****i played in the sit and spin tournament last week on the 16th.. i was then told i must come back the NEXT day to see if i won anything. the next day, there was no one at the promotion counter, nor a list of names, only a sign that read....."we apologize but something happened to the results and we cannot display them, thanks for understanding" THATs IT...i asked to speak to someone in charge and finally after 3-4 people, a man with a heavy english accent who said he was the head person for it, basically told me "well it was free so you didnt lose anytihng" (other than my gas, my time, the good mood, etc)....it was RUINED...and he stood there, arms crossed in an extremely rude, as if i was bothering him manner, and just shrugged and shook his head, and said idk idk idk..yet he said he was the manager of the tournament... i asked should i call in the morning and he shrugged said sureee, call as many times as youd like..goodnight! and he walked off..WOW
