Here’s a revised version of your review that maintains your original sentiments while enhancing clarity and flow: --- I booked a spa suite for my birthday and decided to make it a road trip from Houston, which involved a 7-hour drive. Unfortunately, this decision quickly turned sour. Upon arrival, I discovered that the main restroom in my suite was not clean, and despite reporting this to the front desk and switching rooms, I’m still waiting for housekeeping to resolve the issue. After moving to a new room on the 7th floor, which had a balcony and a nice view, I was met with an unpleasant surprise. The floor had a strong odor reminiscent of a budget hotel, like the Palace Inn. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t any better. I noticed a dripping sound and found the bathtub full of water. After a long drive, all I wanted was to shower and get some rest, but instead, I encountered visibly dirty conditions, including trash on the floor and hair in the tub. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, especially given the anticipation I had for my birthday getaway. --- If you have any specific aspects you want to emphasize or adjust further, just let me know!

The hotel was a standard casino and hotel, but despite its reputation in the community, it seems to slack in various aspects on the hotel side of operations. In my room, furniture appears dated, room lacks mini fridge, some outlets do not work and the shower handle was detached when I arrived. Most frustrating, I had a Zoom meeting very early in the morning, but the hotel always had poor wifi, or at least in my room. My Zoom calls kept repeatedly failing at points or lagged. The fitness center is rather neglected as well; no towels, damaged equipment, no sanitary wipes, no nearby water for hydration. I came for a conference so I had been more active outside the room. However, when I did return to my room, I found these flaws aggravating.

What a great time in this fabulous hotel in the state of Mississippi. S new Yorker born and bred I am a lot closer to golden nugget Atlantic city. But was looking for a little southern hospitality . I remember the weather was a lot better and enjoyed the palm trees in winter for new york. Nearby there is a few other casinos and margaritaville play place. The rooms were really nice.

Casino was nice & quiet. Rooms aren't super updated, but it's not like people go there to be in the room 🙂 Balcony was nice and they do have multiple pools. It's not too child friendly (if you park in the big garage, you have to walk through the casino). There's another entrance through the smaller garage though. I do wish there were more eating options after 12am.

Dirtiest place I’ve stayed in. Ok I know that casinos aren’t ment to be kid friendly I got that but the security for the casino areas literally shun you for walking through. We have to walk through to get ice cream or Starbucks and they are loud radio down child in this outfit headed this way not holding hand with parental oh ok. Starbucks the workers there were so rude! Not helpful Michael Patrick picked up a salad and it had black and brown lettuce in it.. just what you want E. coli We stayed for 5 days they let us know we wouldn’t be getting any maid services - a stay for 5 days should we get at least 1 turndown? What about trash of having a child with us. Guess stick it in the hall they will pick it up. None of the cabinet doors shut Tv wouldn’t hook up to stream Faucet leaks Shower water stinks Door slams so hard when walking out you literally get woken up in the middle of the night when others are coming back from gambling. The floors are gross there’s dust everywhere and not even a fitted sheet on the mattress This has definitely been an experience We was in town for a wedding wanted to be close to the beach and walk the Biloxi bridge but guess next time we will make a different plan
