The nachos were awful, nothing special about this place.

Bowling alley was clean, lanes were a little oily, and bowling side service was great, but the food and liquor side need help! We ordered food which never came until after we asked where our food was several times and others were served before that came after us. Our food order was never put in at the beginning, and as we were about to leave the manager brought out the food we ordered and the only reason I would give 2 stars. Not sure if he was mad us cause we asked for our money back for the bowling as we didn't even bowl a entire frame after waiting on the food for so long. And then the bartender said she was going to give us a free drink because she didn't want us to have any hard feelings about the service. But then when we went to pay for our food and drinks, the free drink wasn't free that we didn't ask for and neither were the fries that we didn't order. This was a very bad first experience for this place, but I think the managers know about the issues and hopefully they act on them.

This bowling alley was very rough. The workers were not friendly. I had ordered food and about 30 to 40 minutes had gone by and I still did not receive my order. I went up to the counter to get a refund because we were done bowling. They basically didn’t want to give me a refund and we’re trying to persuade me to still get the meal. The lady that I talked to said she would talk to her manager and she would come tell me the results. She never showed up to come talk to me so my boyfriend had to go back up there. After arguing with him, they finally gave us a refund, but it double charged my card. On top of all of that my boyfriend‘s card got charged an extra $60. So if you go there, please watch your cards to make sure you are not double charged. We will not be going back there.

I just had my daughter's 12th birthday party here and I highly recommend it. They had a display set out for my daughter with a buffet style setup with pizza, chicken tenders, and fries
Grace King was the absolute VIP of the experience and went out of her way to take care of us as well as going over all the details with us so we knew what to plan for. My daughter said it was the best night of her life!

Awful experience. It was our first time there. Everything was over priced. It was $7 after tax to rent one pair of shoes. 😳 We had to go to the bar to order food but apparently our order was never put into the system. Other people that had got there after us were getting their food and we had to go ask about our order despite the bartender who took our order being the one delivering the food to the other patrons. The lanes were very oily and you couldn't see the arrows on the lanes. The balls made horrible noises whenever we'd throw them. Like we were releasing them in mid air, when we weren't. There was nothing pleasant about our experience.
