  I purchased a Groupon in advance for 4 people for 2 hours of bowling, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. Instead, I was met with extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service. When I arrived to redeem the Groupon, the front desk employee questioned whether it had been purchased the same day and informed me it could not be used until 24 hours after purchase. When I asked for clarification on this policy, her response was, “I don’t know, I just work here,” which was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. It only got worse from there. When I politely asked to speak with someone who could provide a clear explanation, she rolled her eyes, turned away, and audibly huffed in frustration. This behavior is completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. While the manager was able to provide a respectful and reasonable explanation, the same employee returned and continued her negative attitude, seemingly trying to justify her earlier behavior. If you’re looking for a place that values respectful and professional customer service, this was not my experience. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

  Played pool for two hours and had two buckets of beer and it was $90. I dang sure won't be back with prices like that.

  The cost of this place is ridiculous. 2 games for me and my nephews came to $100. This place is not.worth the visit. Save your time and go somewhere else
