  If you like smoking, this is your place. You will smell like an ashtray when you leave. Lots of modern new games. A decent about of table games and bubble craps/roulette. This is your best option for "the city".

  My first time to stay here and it was a great experience!! We were in St Louis for the Air Supply concert at the casino so we stayed at the casino hotel. Great decision!! So convenient to the concert - literally steps away from the hotel elevator. We will start looking for other concerts at the casino and stay at the hotel again.

  Stayed the weekend here for an early anniversary get away. The hotel is nice. Its not the nicest I have ever been to but it is far better then the worst I have been to. Wonderful beds and bedding, beautiful decor, bathroom was breath taking. Staff every friendly and helpful. Never been to a casino so I cant speak on that since it was mu first one. I dont know if its good or bad but I can tell you the place was clean and well kept. The food 10/10 at the stake house. Its a little pricey but worth every penny. We will book here again and spend more time exploring what else they have here. Might even learn to play a game or two so we can enjoy the casino part more instead of putting money in a slot and hoping for the best. Over all for a hotel 9/10.

  I would have never considered myself a "gambler" per say but I have to admit I came in with a friend and how I was treated and all the perks I started coming in more and more. This place is awesome , I thought to myself. That was a little over a year ago. Well I suppose that after your here long enough they pull the perks and the niceties. That being said if you get any freeway I would not count or even believe you can cash in on it. I know the house has the edge but it has gotten out of hand. Now winning even $50 is hard to come by, when previously I would get hand pays alot but now even getting a line on a slot to pay is ridiculous. I dont know what's happened but the fun of even going is gone. I know again the house has the edge and the machines are random but winning and River city do not go in the same sentence for me anymore. So if you've been a member for a while use caution and dont bet outside of your head. Be careful in there.

  Hidden fees at check in, you'll lose money at the casino the games do not pay at all, water in shower takes 10 mins to get hot, NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST?! You'd think it's the least they could do for the people that come here and spend their life savings. But nope just like a Casino Greedy. Idk what it is with these casinos but the greediness is not Human. I won't be back. Had a horrible experience. Not to mention at a busy Casino they had one woman working the desk. Shameful. Updated-You replied with asking me how to make my experience better next time. If you actually read my review you'd know what to do. The first most simple thing is have more then one person at the front desk so I don't have to Wait 30 mins for help when I'm just trying to take a shower and go to bed. And Charging everyone a $15 fee for "incidentals" before there are ever any incidents is extortion. You say its for Internet and this other stuff that I didn't even use. So I still get charged it even though I didn't use it or mess the room up. You do that to everyone 1 day and your Internet bill is paid for for the month. Yet you do this to every single customer every day. If you have 100 people a at $15 how much is that????? Greedy is how much it is. You know that's Charging more then what you should.
