  Open 24/7 food is excellent different types even fast food for different taste HAS lots of parking 🅿️ the atmosphere is like your friends and family I enjoy myself often. On my way out.I even gave a gentleman $5.00 so he could Play. He smiled when I look back . I spent time out enjoyed myself .

  I went on my birthday 1/1. The place was packed. Of course I never win anything, but it would be nice to be able to see the games.matbe thwy ciuld give lessons on playing craps.i did not spend the evening in a room.

  Rolled 77 7s, and hit 3 jackpots then I realized it was a dream and that I was at River city, over all love this casino its close to my home and the staff are pretty nice, the re is one lady at members desk thats kinda sour but everyone else is decent....

  Hi, I had been wanting to get back here for a while, I had brought my grandchildren many times, and we enjoyed every moment of it, this time was much different, we were out in a smaller room, the room itself smelled of flowers from a funeral home, and urine, after reporting it, maintenance was sent up, but because he was maintenance he handled it as such, the toilet overflowed, and he cleaned it up with the towels in the restroom, leaving a louder urine smell, and when I called down to report this issue, I was told that the best that they could do, is to bring me some paper towels, and I can wipe the floors myself, along with some Lysol spray, I informed that female, that I was NOT going to be wiping up any floors, and that this was very disturbing, she still brought up some white paper towels along with a large container of Lysol, with very little in it, I couldn't believe it, then we went to bed with that odor lingering throughout out tight room, first thing that next morning , after having little sleep because of the situation at hand, I called down explaining to the front desk what had taken place, and I would appreciate it if housekeeping could come clean the bathroom along with the entire room, I was asked whether it was my day of cleaning due, I asked what did that mean? I was told by front desk that if my room was not due for cleaning, that housekeeping could only clean the bathroom, but not do anything else in the room, I then asked why would I as a guest know whether the room I am staying in due for cleaning? She then informed me that only after 3 days of staying there, could my entire room be cleaned by housekeeping. I said I have been here three days, and was truly upset at this time, having my grandchildren who have been there prior, having them in this very disrespectful situation, knowing how badly they were looking forward to a great time, having it rudely turned upside down, and to further anger me, housekeeping arrived, and after cleaning up both the bathroom and the bedroom, she volunteered to inform me that only after staying three days does a room is completely cleaned up, Of course this told me that when front desk sent her up to clean the room, they shared our conversation, Wow!!! I couldn't believe this...Thank my GOD I love both my grandchildren and Christmas, and the decorations in the main Area was enough to keep me from requesting to speak with Management, and requesting my money back in full.

  This place is an absolute joke! LOWEST RTP IN THE HISTORY OF GAMING! They funnel everyone in like cattle and harass people for just trying to enter the establishment. There's 4 turnstiles but you can only use 1 at a time. Especially with the older and handicapped crowds, this becomes a huge issue. Every single employee is disgruntled. The atmosphere is one where the entire staff creates animosity towards the paying customer from the first interaction. The machines are all broken and lag (which is illegal) and when you push the service button the tech just turns your light off. Half the time the cash boxes aren't changed for days. The excuse is: everyone should be using the app. The ticket cashing machines are out of order through the busiest days of the week. I honestly think it's on purpose so you go and spend your money rather than wait in line for the rude cashiers. There are cigarette butts and alcoholic drinks left on all machines that sit there for days. The bathroom stalls are filthy. The soda machines are disgusting. I would never get ice, there is probably mold in them. The hotel charges a resort fee without a resort. The drawings are so rigged, it's disgusting. The same 5 people out of the bac room get called every drawing. I've had hundreds of entries just to sit here for 3 hours and not be called. They need to reconfigure how the bac players get tier points because it's unfair to high level players who don't play bac. Once you become Elite or Owner, watch how you no longer hit like you used to. The VIP Lounge is a joke with the best staff. Becca and Ashley work their butts off without so much as a bar back or trash runner. The food is like a prison or school lunch. They should just stop serving the soups you wouldn't feed to your dog and offer a desert. The sportsbook is a complete joke. Why would I want to make a bet on a machine and not even have the ability to watch the game in peace? You can tell they are RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP AND DO NOT PLAN ANYTHING! The sportsbook is in the worst place ever, it should be up high with a river view and tons of screens (like Argosy), away from the gaming floor so you can watch the games. Instead they're like give us your money and go home. All the Promotions are a joke. People are getting thousands of tier points a week and you don't tier the giveaways or offer a slot option. Caesars does down the street. The free play is non-existent regardless of play. They also insult veterans on Mondays with bottom barrel slot play always 5 or 10 dollars. Caesars gives away cars, trucks, jeeps with guaranteed someone winning it. You'll find none of this at Rivercity. Penn has ran this casino into the ground. Just take a look at the walkway that's shut down every year. The light poles that are falling down and the ripped carpet that's the first thing you see as you walk in.
