The biggest thing they told us is to make sure that we got a convertible ones so that we could use it as a stroller as well. This has been a game changer. We’ve used it a handful of times for biking but almost every day as a stroller!! If I had bought it online, I would have not thought about this, and it would’ve mostly gone unused. But it’s a fantastic stroller! Of course we purchased it from REI, even though it was a little more expensive there. If we want there to be fantastic advice in the future, we need to support our local stores that help us out when we need it!
