  Only two weeks in, and it already feels like family. No egos, no fakes, just real people who see your effort and respect you for showing up. You’re pushed, supported, and never overlooked. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or been in it for years, this place sees you. Solid crew. Solid energy. Built different.

  Very friendly staff and atmosphere. They also have kids special classes which my kids enjoys. I too enrolled after seeing the classes and the enthusiasm. It involves full body workout with additional leg and core body exercises. you can do it at you own pace and comfort level. Would definitely recommend this place.

  Diverse trainers will always keep you on your toes - no workout is ever the same, there's always something new to challenge you. Very welcoming to both new boxers and people with experience - you won't feel out of place regardless. They'll push you to the point of exhaustion without pressuring you to go too hard - it's the perfect amount of motivation. The only negative is sometimes class sizes are a bit small - but there's no reason for that other than lack of publicity, so just go sign up. Free first class, nothing to lose.
