Martial Arts School
Since, 1974, Yu's Academy has trained thousands of students who strive towards developing a "Sound Mind in a Sound Body". The discipline and teachings of martial arts are more important today than ever. We have students of all ages. We know the benefits our kids martial arts program have for our younger students such as developing self-confidence and focus. Our martial arts program is also very beneficial for helping students dealing with the school bully. Our adult martial art programs are great exercise with the added benefit of learning a martial art. We welcome current students and new comers to learn more about our Academy and contact us with any questions or comments.

I have been bringing my daughter and son here for over a year and they absolutely love it. My son is a very distracted little guy but the instructors are wonderful and patient with him. Not only just learning self defense, but just as important, respect and discipline. Can’t express how much we absolutely love and appreciate the wonderful experience my kids are having here.

It is a positive environment for kids and adults to not only learn martial arts skills, but also how to treat others with respect. We so appreciate Master Sims and all the instructors- for their time and kindness and attentiveness to our boys. They always have fun and feel challenged and encouraged. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
