They told us they would do their best to help get the bike together, even though we didn’t buy it from them. So we took it up there and they tried to get it together. Unfortunately they were not able to due to the bike being damaged in transit. While being at the store we had our two young daughters with us and they made them feel very welcome. The bike we were there to get fixed was a Christmas present for the oldest daughter. One of the staff members said he would do anything he could do just to see a kid able to ride a bike. He meant it also. He spent the time teaching us how to teach our daughter to ride the bike while we were waiting to see if they could fix the bike we brought in. After we got the news the bike we brought in wasn’t fixable we decided to get a bike from Trek. The staff again took the time to find the perfect fit for my daughter. They even took her out back and basically taught her how to ride a bike with no training wheels. I tried for along time to teach my daughter how to ride a bike with no training wheels. After 10 minutes with the trek staff it gave her the confidence to go out and ride with out training wheels on. I can’t say enough nice things about them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a bike again.

Do they have awesome products? of course. But to be honest, you can find everything online these days, why here? The experience! Tim, the owner, is a super awesome guy and he knows everything. He would spent hours with you sharing honest information and suggestions, while you can decide purchases on your own. Now if I'd like to buy some accesseries but have no idea if really needed or what to buy, I will directly drive there and ask. It saves me hours researching on youtube or redit for different options. And they always have sales! (that's crazy!) Trek O'Fallon also provides a home for the community, with weekly group rides, varies social experiences and convinient service center. No matter you are new to the sport, or new to the area, I'd highly recommend joining the family and upgrade your experience of this sport!
