  Grappling Concepts is an awesome gym with a great atmosphere. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and really take the time to help you improve, no matter your skill level. Everyone there is respectful and pushes each other to get better. Highly recommend if you’re looking to learn and grow.

  Just wrapped up day 2 at Grappling Concepts' Jab-Lab Boxing Club in Nixa, and I'm already convinced these guys are secretly training superheroes. Coach threw me into an absolute blender of intense training on day 1, then on day 2 decided 'eh, why not spar with the regulars?' Spoiler: my face survived (barely), my ego took a vacation, but damn if it wasn't the most fun I've had getting punched in recent memory. They clearly know their stuff, the vibe is legit, and the membership? Worth every single penny – even the ones I'll be spending on ice packs. If you're looking for a place that turns beginners into fighters, this is it. 10/10, would get sweaty again.

  honestly can’t say enough good things about this gym. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy, professionalism, and passion. The coaches are next level, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping every single person improve, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fighter. This gym and everyone apart of it are so amazing highly recommend.
