Our boys attend the Monday and Wednesday evening wrestling classes, and they’ve learned so much while having a blast. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and perfect for kids of all experience levels. We even hosted our five-year-old’s birthday party in the wrestling room recently, and it was a huge hit! The space was clean, safe, and the kids had an amazing time. Having a full kitchen available for the party made everything so convenient. If you’re looking for a top-notch wrestling gym in Nixa with a great community and a great coach, Grappling Concepts is the place to be!

I am brand new to both and was invited by a friend to try out a class for free. As a 40+ mom wanting to shake off this winter-hibernation, I felt a little intimidated, but the coach was welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I can barely move today from the intensity of the workout (did I mention I've been in hibernation mode?), but I'm already looking forward to going back.
