Though it isn't the largest REI by a long shot, the associates are very nice and helpful, everything is super organized, and there's enough variety to get what you need! I really like that there's still a used goods section, and how the clearance is dispersed through the store rather than concentrated in one area. It makes for much better flow. I ended up getting a membership because of this store and my cashier (Allie) was super helpful in informing me about upcoming sales. I look forward to coming here again <3

The store is large, clean, and very well stocked with a wide selection of outdoor gear. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I picked up a couple of camp chairs we had ordered online, and the pickup process was fast and easy. Prices seemed very fair for the quality, and there was plenty of parking, which made the visit stress-free. The location is also convenient, not far from Highway 35W and very easy to access. Overall, this is a great REI location with excellent service and a smooth shopping experience.
