The store is large, clean, and very well stocked with a wide selection of outdoor gear. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I picked up a couple of camp chairs we had ordered online, and the pickup process was fast and easy. Prices seemed very fair for the quality, and there was plenty of parking, which made the visit stress-free. The location is also convenient, not far from Highway 35W and very easy to access. Overall, this is a great REI location with excellent service and a smooth shopping experience.

I felt pestered at three different points to become a member of the co-op. Upon declining . I was then reminded about the potential savings and then reminded yet again that if I wanted to, I could come back after I left and still receive the benefits if I signed up. As much as I understand that you need membership….. chill. You can ask once.
