Brought in a road bike for service, have never had issues with it over 8 years, was recommended to bring in for a tune up. Needed a new chain, tires, which they also suggested. They also said I needed a new gear shaft, brakes, tire wheel, and more. Ended up spending as much as I bought the bike for, even with being a member. 3 short rides later about a month in time. Front brakes riding against rim, spent a while adjusting it correctly, and gear shift flag does not work. This was after the first ride. Very nice workers at the bike shop in Maple Grove, but will not recommend bringing bicycle services here. Maybe better luck at a different REI
