The wording on the coupon states: “Buy one game of Bowling and Get One FREE One use per person per day Not valid with other coupons or discounts UNLIMITED USE through 8/31/26” It does not say “One use per group per day” or “limit 1 use per day”, it says “per person per day”.

We had a coupon valid for one free game per person per day (buy one get one) and they acted as if it was only allowed to be used by one person. Not sure if they know what “per” means or if they were just trying to bring people in through false advertisement. But not only that, the manager was very abrasive about it. Our family tends to come here frequently, but not sure if we will continue to come in the future. Not sure if they have new management with the name change, but just overall disappointing. Would also like to add that we tried talking to management again afterwards and they were extremely rude. Kept talking over us and even threatened to kick us out. Extremely unprofessional. There will be times that customers are not satisfied and knowing how to handle that is part of the job. Threats like that only serve to ensure you lose our business. I’m happy to pay for the service, but felt like they were dishonest in their advertisement and therefore decided to complain.
