  Awesome bike shop! Just picked up a beautiful new trek here today and was very impressed with the employee that helped me. I forgot his name but his knowledge and friendliness were top notch! He really knows his stuff and did a great job helping me find the perfect bike for me without being pushy or trying to just upsell me on something I don’t need. I will definitely be back in the future for maintenance and adjustments!

  Exceptional Service at Outdoor Motion Bike Shop Faced with a tubeless tire seating issue and fully geared up, I thought my day’s ride was over before it began. Luckily, Outdoor Motion was open and ready to help. They quickly fixed my tire without needing an appointment, and I was back on track. The staff knew their stuff and handled my problem efficiently!

  Chad & staff, thank you for running an exemplary business here in Hutchinson! You clearly put customer satisfaction above everything else. Bought a beautiful Townie (Trek) cruiser bike for my honey there yesterday, and then a helmet for her today, since other places in town have cr*p for bike helmets! We'll be back.😎
