Management worked with me when I was overcharged and refunded. That experience was five stars. The inconvenience of having to deal with their error is what makes for a score. Unsure if I will try them again because of the hassle but they did do right by me in the end and that means a lot so they didn’t make the list of NO RETURN. The bowling place was pretty amazing. Kinda pricey and staff not really on the ball. Good atmosphere.
