So go here and see for yourself if you like it. Sometimes we have bad days and shouldn’t try to close a business because of a small snafu. I mean, I could be super specific and tell you who I worked with and what great service I had, or what wonderful food I was able to have, but that stuff changes day-to-day and we all need to realize that and stop being so snarky to people simply because we have the power to do so with a super computer in our hand. That’s why I am making sure to leave good reviews on places so that the world can maybe be a nicer place. We all need it.

The floor employees, specifically in the shoe department are overbearing and honestly kind of annoying. One of them spent 15 minutes trying to convince my husband he absolutely NEEDED the credit card and membership that we wouldn't use. Tell your employees it's okay to take no for an answer or read the room a little, definitely left a poor taste in our mouth

- ACAsh COct 28, 20251.0Gosh, I love REI but geez Louise. 10 mins waiting in line with only one register open and 5 people (yes, 5!) behind the counter talking. I had to leave my merchandise behind because the 10 min line was not moving and I needed to get to work.
