  Atmosphere was great, kids had a good time. Ordered via the app, but took a very long time to get said items. Ended up walking up to lounge counter and they started the items when. We arrived at the counter. Instead of preparing and delivering tableside.

  Came here a few years ago with family, and it wasn't that busy. Horrible customer service and the workers seems to not want to serve our group. Just stopped by on a Monday night to see if there's any lanes available. Waited in line and the worker(lady) didn't even want to talk to my husband. She took off to go talk to another customer at a different register who cut through the line. We walked out and do not plan on coming back.

  Ahh no the food was definitely not worth the price... Ah the light on the bowling alley doesn't work ..

  Came here with my son for Presidents Day as we were both off work/school. Decided to purchase the $44 2-hour unlimited arcade card which was basically $50 after taxes and fees. I understood it would only work on the blue games that were not for redemption and you couldn’t retain any won tickets, which was a fine consolation. While playing the qualified games, it allows you the choice to scan your card again to continue playing from where you last left so you don’t lose your score and can continue that round as long as you do it before the countdown is done. My son loves playing for status more than tickets, so this is why we were OK with the package we purchased. However, with this particular package the card would time out and wouldn’t allow you to scan it to continue your gameplay after you died and therefore wouldn’t allow you to keep going. It kept producing an error. My son had to restart every game he wanted to play because he could not scan his card to continue his games which made him extremely disappointed. Not only on these cards limited due to the package, but then they’re also limited and only letting you play for a certain time? I asked an employee about this and she said, “yes that’s just how they are. You can’t continue your game where you left off with that particular card.”How ridiculous!! for as expensive as that card is you should at least be able to keep playing a game for as long as you want to because you’re not getting tickets.. I would strongly suggest not purchasing this package because it is a disappointment.

  My date and I went here on a Thursday night for their bowling special. We had a good time while it lasted. We were on Lane 1 and for the first hour, it went great. We played three games and had a great time. Then, our lane started having problems and stopped altogether. We waited for 30 minutes for it to be fixed after contacting the people working, but nothing. We just ended up leaving. We’re pretty disappointed.
