- FPFrancis Polczak5 days ago3.0You renamed Spectrum to celebrate a cigarette brand?? That wasn't very smart. Many lanes are unreliable since the new owners took over. Inaccurate pin counting, pin machine knocks pins over when it place the pins. (Mostly at the VIP end of the alley, not the VIP lanes). Nothing gets done to fix them. Just call for someone to fix or reset the lane. At least the repairman is pretty good.

When we got a text our lane was ready. He was the only one at the counter, steady spraying shoes. Then looked my partner in the face and walked into the back room. It was really strange. Don't get me started on arcade redemption, It's threw the bowling counter...I've been here to get new bowling ball, coming in from Lansing before. The pro shop is amazing. But we will not ever be back after dealing with this new "lucky strikes".

No staff to be found. Came across someone who said to take a seat wherever we'd like but then no one ever came (20mins) so we got up and left and decided to eat and do an activity somewhere else. Disappointing because it does look nice.

Today, we show up and the place is packed, they don't have our reservation, they claim they only take reservations online, and it's a 90 minute wait for a lane. Nice place, but useless if they don't honor commitments.
