Their food was phenomenal. We had the pepperoni pizza and a burger and they were wonderful. The service left something to be desired though. We were there for an hour and watched someone get their pizza 15 minutes after the arrived. We finally got our food and I had to get up and find the waitress just to pay our bill. I will go back for the food and hopefully the service improves.

I had an awful experience and I will never go back. I don’t appreciate some server not bringing me a normal pop instead he brought me a drink that I never ordered. Please be careful going there. And I tried to call and no answer. Highly recommend not going there. Plus I didn’t feel good.

The lanes are well-oiled. However, ownership needs more staff. I felt so sorry for the man working the counter because he was managing two registers and two lines by himself on a busy Saturday night. The only other people who I'd seen behind the desk were doing work such as helping people on the lanes where they needed it, so clearly still doing their jobs, there just weren't enough people in the right areas. What's the deal, ownership? It's honesly so clear that you're not hurting for money, so why can't you pay one or two more people? And the prices? Way too high. An adult who needs shoes, and bowls two games would pay $23.97. Centers around the area don't even charge that much. At my hometown center, that same bowler would pay $10.50. So what's the deal? Casual bowlers searching for a night out don't care about the lane conditions or anything like that, and to them, it is not worth that price to bowl when they can drive 10 minutes and bowl someplace else for a more affordable price. Its a genuinely disappointing knowing other places are cheaper and in less populated areas, yet produce similar quality at half the price.

We are incredibly happy that we chose this venue for our party last Friday. From the very beginning, they made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Erin, the event manager, was amazing to work with. She was flexible, accessible, and her customer service was outstanding. She genuinely made me feel like our event mattered to her. Even the night before the event, she was already preparing, organizing, and making plans to ensure everything would be ready for Friday. That level of care and dedication made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind going into the event. The service from the staff was beyond pristine. They were extremely attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything and making sure, we had water at all times. They didn’t wait for us to ask — they simply sprang into action and made sure we were taken care of. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but every staff member was friendly, positive, and genuinely happy that our event was going well because of their hard work. I have nothing but praise for them. The bartenders were also amazing. I was told one of them was on their first day, and you would have never known — the drinks were excellent, well-made, and beautifully presented. Security was outstanding and made everyone feel safe throughout the night. Guests were impressed by their strong presence and professionalism. They went above and beyond by escorting people to the venue and respectfully informing others that the space was reserved for a private event. Everything was handled with care, confidence, and professionalism, exactly how security should operate. I personally spoke with Nick and Camden throughout the event, and they provided security from beginning to end. They were always alert, proactive, and even searched for me within the crowd when questions came up, making sure we knew we were being taken care of at all times. I truly have nothing but praise. I am genuinely amazed by the level of professionalism, business ethics, and customer service culture this venue has. If you are considering hosting an event here, I highly recommend it — your event will be in excellent hands from start to finish.

Erin, the event manager, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was flexible, accessible, and truly made us feel like our event mattered to her. Her customer service went above and beyond and having someone so supportive and attentive made the planning process stress-free. The service from the staff was nothing short of pristine. They were extremely attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. When we started running low on chairs, they didn’t even wait to be asked — they immediately took the initiative and brought more. If I’m not mistaken, that was Jessica and Sam, but honestly, every single staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to see our event going well. Their hard work did not go unnoticed. Security was outstanding as well. Everyone felt safe and impressed by the strong presence they provided. They went above and beyond by escorting guests to the venue and clearly, professionally informing others that the space was reserved for a private event. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and confidence — exactly how security should be. I personally spoke with Nick and Camden throughout the event, and they provided excellent security from beginning to end, ensuring our equipment and instruments were safe inside the venue, in the hallway, and outside by the vehicles. I truly have nothing but praise. The level of professionalism, business ethics, and customer service culture here is remarkable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
