Had a fantastic experience with my wife and son. The arcade is massive with great selection for games. The bowling was fun and at a fair price. Only gripe was that the bowling is a bit more expensive than others.

You renamed Spectrum to celebrate a cigarette brand?? That wasn't very smart.
Many lanes are unreliable since the new owners took over. Inaccurate pin counting, pin machine knocks pins over when it place the pins. (Mostly at the VIP end of the alley, not the VIP lanes). Nothing gets done to fix them. Just call for someone to fix or reset the lane. At least the repairman is pretty good.

Bowling counter staff is rude. Luckily the nice lady at the arcade double checkd our reservation because the curly headed tall man (seemed drunk) didn't. When we got a text our lane was ready. He was the only one at the counter, steady spraying shoes. Then looked my partner in the face and walked into the back room. It was really strange. Don't get me started on arcade redemption, It's threw the bowling counter...I've been here to get new bowling ball, coming in from Lansing before. The pro shop is amazing. But we will not ever be back after dealing with this new "lucky strikes".

Wanted to grab a bite to eat before bowling, no one at the hostest stand. Waited and then walked through the restaurant that was nearly empty but lots of dirty tables. No staff to be found. Came across someone who said to take a seat wherever we'd like but then no one ever came (20mins) so we got up and left and decided to eat and do an activity somewhere else. Disappointing because it does look nice.

Yesterday they took a reservation in person at the front desk for a party of 17 for this afternoon. Today, we show up and the place is packed, they don't have our reservation, they claim they only take reservations online, and it's a 90 minute wait for a lane. Nice place, but useless if they don't honor commitments.
