We were immediately treated as friends and long time customers. We hadn’t bought our bikes from Doug as we received them as gifts and this was our first visit. That didn’t phase him as he made sure we left completely satisfied and with well-tuned bikes. If you’re on the fence of where to shop for e-bikes, you owe it to yourself to visit Doug and Matt.
