Mike the sales associate, was EXTREMELY cooperative in assisting me for a replacement, even though I was not a Rei member on this purchase and the deadline for a free replacement lapsed. He 'bent over' backwards to help me, culminating in a very satisfactory resolution of another new jacket at no charge. Now I am a member with and will be doing much of my shopping here.
