    Won't space people out when there are open lanes. paid for 2 hours for 5 people 150$. Got to the end of the second game, literally the last frame and they shut it down right at 2 hours without letting us finish. Kids were disappointed. Even just asking us for like 10$ would've been better than shutting us down without warning

    I called to ask a simple question and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the person who answered the phone. From the start, her tone was rude and defensive for no reason. I’ve never been to this bowling alley before, and there was no reason for her to assume anything or bring her past frustrations into our conversation. All I needed was a simple answer. If availability isn’t guaranteed, that’s perfectly fine — just say that. There’s no need to mention having an “attitude” or to speak rudely to a potential customer who’s simply calling for information. Customer service like this can easily turn what should be a routine call into a negative experience. A little active listening and professionalism would go a long way, especially for new customers trying to decide where to go.
