They were able to get us going again. Helping us understand cause and fix, for future as well. They did that so quick we headed back in to look around. We found all staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely are glad to pay a little extra for quality and helpful, knowledgable, and friendly staff. Purchased membership and a few items. I had ordered online before but glad we finally visited in person. Thanks so much. 100% satisfaction.

(540 in a 840 box) in fairness they look very similar, but worth mentioning. They did fix the issue quickly and were very kind about it. I also experienced as issue with a bike trainer being damaged on arrival, however, they fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Honestly was going to give them 4 stars, due to the issues, but I can’t do it because of how nice customer service has been. Also, just get the 30 dollar membership, very much worth it.
