After two years of enjoying riding I had an issue with my LCD display. Greg responded very quickly and sent the new part to my home so I was back riding again within a few days. I am so happy I purchased my e-bike at Pedego Junction…Greg is the best.

However in my case I needed a part that was no longer made by the Hollywood bike rack company. Greg had one that I learned via the Pedego Owners Group. Greg and I spoke and within a day Greg had sent the part on its way from Michigan to New Jersey. Not only was I pleased to get the adapter so I could carry my wife’s Trike on the bike rack but dealing with Greg was just a very enjoyable experience. Again, if you are in the market for an electric bike stop in and talk to Greg.
