    We are from Grand Haven and had a great experience at Pedego on Cascade Road in Grand Rapids. The owner, Tom was so personable and helpful as well as knowledgeable regarding the E bikes and what we were looking for. He helped us get exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend!!

    We needed 1 screw for an accessory on my Lectric Bike. It was not only available, it was put together for me and no charge. Great selection of bikes and accessories. Highly recommend. We will be back!

    I bought my bike 2 years ago and was told it had a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Now I have been informed that labor is no longer covered under my warranty. I thought this was offered by Pedego but it's offered by the dealer. I can see changing policy going forward for new buyers, but to change the policy on an existing customer is just wrong. This was one of my primary buying criteria for the bike and it seems now that the rules have changed. Shame on you, and same to Pedego for supporting this type of activity.

    Highly recommend --- either as an individual, small group or as a corporate team outing! We had our company outing start with a two hour ride -- accompanied by Tom --- throughout Cascade, Ada and north on Pettis. Just a beautiful day, where we all were able to enjoy a new adventure on ebikes! Tom was wonderful with communications for our arrangements, and the whole process was very well received by the group!
