The associate then disappeared, and there are now ~30 people waiting to check in, with the associate never returning, after 25 minutes from leaving. I asked the bartender for help and they said that is was ‘hilarious’. After 35 minutes, the person returned, awful experience

We show up and the doors are locked. We called again to tell them the door is locked. The person who said they’d unlock the door, never came. My kids are crying. This place is awful. Hire people who care and want to work.
