  This review is for Chelsea Barnes, the front deck assistant shift manager manager. She was very professional when there was a problem , she handled it with class and caring. There was an incident that was very uncomfortable and she took care of it without making it seem like it was the customer's fault, so thank you for that. She represents the casino in the hotel very well, thank you. Thank you for your kindness and your understanding, By the way those stars are for her.

  I was surprised to see a parking fee of $20.00 to park in the public parking structure. We were going there to have a little fun in the casino, but after seeing the $20.00 parking fee, we decided to go to motor city casino, it's free parking for casino guests. I don't know if Hollywood casino is having financial issues, but charging for parking to play in the casino seems excessive to me. I hope it gets better there.

  This casino has gone completely downhill in the past few years. I used to enjoy gambling at Greektown, so much so I wound up with a very courteous host. Unfortuntely Greektown is dead and Hollywood Casino is atrocious. The security staff is unprofessional, rude and inarticulate. Specifically EBONY GLENN (brown skinned, middle aged, unkept braids/locks). The last experience I had and will ever have in this casino was exacerbated by this specific vindictive guard who falsified information on my as well as 2 of my relatives accounts. I will be reporting Hollywood to the MGCB. Im glad Detroit has MGM Grand and Motor City.

  We were on a business trip and booked a block of rooms. No microwave in the rooms is a serious bummer when traveling and you have leftovers youd like to heat up. No where to get a condiment packet ie mayo,salt,pepper -- "market" was basically empty/useless a few gatorades and travel size shooters of liquor. No water. 3 of the 5 rooms we booked did not have a Keurig in it, just the pods (???) While the steamer provided at first seemed like a nice touch, steamer itself was crusted up with something like calcium or other mineral deposit and the steamer would not work. No iron in any rooms either. Folks at the front desk were very nice, even if all of the questions I asked got a "I'm sorry, we don't have that here..."
