  Good selection of slot machines and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff provided great service and the atmosphere was nice and enjoyable. Even though I didn’t win any money, I still had a good time and would definitely come back.

  My wife and I have stayed at this location. Several times since it opened and we are locals as well as tens of thousands of dollars. We stayed the night after Christmas. This year and ended up getting kicked out.Because our neighbor complained that the t v was too loud. I was so shocked the t v was not loud.We were just relaxing like, we always have.I tried to speak to a manager.They refused to talk to us.And kicked us out four hours after checking in.Because the t v was too loud. I've tried contacting corporate or getting ahold of the property manager and no one will speak to me and I'm just extremely shocked. And had to share that this happened to us. I guess we'll never be going there again.After the way we were treated

  I spent the last 2 hours in circles with their AI chat bots. Our room was mid, lots of broken things such as the sink and fridge. The casino experience was horrible and the most noteworthy. Harassed by bartenders, waiting over 30 min for assistance on a slot that miss fed a deposit (had to flag down staff), harassed in the social club until we tipped $20 on a $5 tab. Paid $40 for late check out and still got a knock on the door 2 hours before we needed to leave. Workers we spoke with were checked out. I have been visiting this ‘property’ since it opened and can honestly say Penn and Hollywood ltd destroyed it. Go to mgm where they will actually respect you.

  I pulled back the sheets on my bed to see a huge stain and possibly a bed bug. They gave us a new room but the experience was horrible and I had to throw away the clothes I wore in the bed (I had laid in the bed for a few hours before I realized the stain) I can't understand how this bed was made with this huge stain .how did housekeeping not see this??? They certainly didnt pay attention to detail and I can assume the entire room was not properly cleaned.

  The rooms aren’t very clean. For a hotel like this I expect it to be spotless. I’ve stayed here 3 different occasions and each time there were some dirty spots. Shower had small strands of hair, dirt coming off the inside of shower door when the water hits it. There were water spots on the bathroom doors. The sink had dirt underneath the counter and faucet. They need to do a better job with details and deep cleaning. I was never able to connect my Netflix to the TV with my mobile devices. They do not have many dining options for breakfast and lunch in the hotel. One Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast and 1 sports bar for lunch. One time only 1 elevator out of 4 was working and we waited over 1/2 hour. I do enjoy the spacious room and nice view. Fitness center is adequate.
