  We have stayed at Hollywood casino hotel many times, but this last weekend was extremely disappointing. We stayed Fri Feb 27- Sun Mar 1. Upon checking into our king suite we realized there was no luggage rack for our suitcase, nor where there any hangers in the closet for our clothes. Only 1 garbage can in the bathroom when there is usually one in the room as well. Our first morning we tried to make coffee in the room but the coffee maker was not working properly kicking out cold water. We did call the front desk & they sent someone who switched out for another coffee maker after we already went down to buy a coffee. They never cleaned the room on Sat, maybe you need to ask now, so we had to call again for clean towels. Also the curtains did not close all the way so there is quite a bit of light in the room, thankfully I brought my eye mask. Upon checking out we realized we left our bose speaker in the room and called that afternoon, we were told to file a claim on line, it's been 2 days and has not been found. We loved the convince of parking and location, but this was not a good experience.

  I was a little disappointed at the room because my shower had a horrible old molded scent. There was no soap available I asked housekeeping and the staff said they were out. I do like the casino floor. If I stay overnight again hopefully I won't experience the room stay

  A Slot machine ate my money and I pressed the service light. No one responded so I set out to find a slot attendant, but there were none anywhere to be found. I asked a cleaning staff lady if she knew where I might find someone? She gladly offered to walkie talkie someone for me. After a half hour still no attendant ! I told her thank you for trying to help me ,but my husband would be expecting me as we had a 5:00 dinner reservation at prism, so I was going to give up and take the loss. She called someone again told them she would wait at the machine for me ! While we were in Prism. lo and behold she came in with the slot supervisor and my card and money!, what a kind employee! Her name is Carla Sims, she made a bad situation tolerable . I hope Greektown knows how lucky they are to have such a nice employee. ,,

  My favorite Detroit casino besides MGM - still waiting to hit the grand jackpot!! However - if there's an issue with a slot - good luck getting assistance - 45 minutes and no one would come - left $50 bucks in the machine one time and another $35 another time due to machine malfunctions and repeated requests for assistance!

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had..the ONLY nice thing was the view from the suite. The elevator were so nosey that no one in my party slept.Self park is a nightmare,no signs, no attendants, no clear directions to get into the casino. The steakhouse was time consuming over an hour and a half it wasn't worth the wait.Dont wait your money
