  They have A LOT of keno machines! The other casino in town that I used to frequent has gotten rid of all but 5 of the keno machines I like and all of the slots I played so I come to greektown now. It's a much nicer experience imo. They don't hassle me for ID every time I enter, which is nice considering I'm double the age required to enter the casino.

  Had a very bad experience with a housekeeper staff Sunday 11-16-2025 my room was 2228. I needed clean towels so I called down to the front desk to asked for new towels , they will let housekeeper know , it will be 15 mins . 15 mins pass, so I called down again , they will let housekeeper know . 5 mins later I looked in the hall way I seen the housekeeper cleaning other rooms so I ask her for 1 towel , 1 face wash rag.she said I have to go downstairs to get it, I said ok. So I called again to the front desk to asked for clean towels , the lady said they will let housekeeper know. So I went in the hallway to asked the housekeeper again but this time I asked her Pleases can I get 1 towel and 1 rag so I can wash up she said no . So I just went back in my room waited. 5 mins later I just went to the hallway to grab a towel from the housekeeper cart she snitch it back out of my hands and I said really and she wanted to argue with me me about a towel I walked off … wow . All this over a towel . When it easier to gives me a towel when I asked for a towel. Like I asked for a towel with anyone housekeeper and they willing to gives me one . This housekeeper need to be fired she don’t know needs to works in hospitality..

  Penn play members have to also pay for free parking that’s totally unfair and ridiculous!!!! Responding doesn’t change the fact that penn members should not have to pay any parking fees to come to Hollywood casino especially if they been members since it opened

  The valet attendant was very nice, friendly, and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, and the view from the room was superb. However, the toilet and coffee machine were broken, and the noise at night was quite disturbing. The front desk service was okay but didn’t go above and beyond to make guests feel cared for. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

  Great location, great view from our room, up-to-date decor, I liked the walk-in shower with the glass door. Lots of places to eat on-site, I especially liked the ESPN BET restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced. That brings me to what I didn't like. There were times when I had more food than what I could eat and I needed to get a to-go box. There are refrigerators in the rooms but no microwave anywhere on the premises. I understand it may be a safety issue but it seems they could have microwaves somewhere that could be easily monitored by staff. Also, I don't mind that they don't do daily housekeeping but they could at least have trash bags for the trash cans and somewhere to dump your trash. I had to try to catch up with housekeeping everyday to get rid of our trash. Other than that, everything else was great.
