Went for my brother’s 25th birthday and was disappointed with the organization of the building and the unprofessionalism of the staff. We ordered food as soon as we got to our lanes and was told it would be a while which was fine for us since we had two hours. However, about an hour and a half into bowling, our food hadn’t arrived so we went to see how much longer it would be. We were told that the staff at concessions lost our ticket, so he wrote our order down on a piece of paper and said “should be ready by tomorrow”. about 15 minutes later we asked for a refund and were told to go to the front desk so they could handle it and were met with rude staff and having to go back and forth on getting our money back or two 2-hour vouchers. got a refund but still would not recommend.

Outstanding Experience at Thunder Bowls lane My family and I had an absolutely amazing time at Thunde Bowls, and I can honestly say it was one of the best bowling experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and perfect for families looking to enjoy quality time together. I want to give a special shoutout to Erin, who truly went above and beyond in every way. Erin was an exceptional customer service representative friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly attentive. She made sure we were comfortable, explained everything clearly, and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we had everything we needed. Her positive energy and genuine care made our experience even more memorable. Erin handled everything with such ease and kindness, and it really showed that she takes pride in her work. It’s rare to encounter customer service that feels so sincere and thoughtful. Because of her, our visit felt personal, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. The lanes were clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment was lively without feeling overwhelming. My family had so much fun laughing, bowling, and creating great memories together. This was the perfect place for a family outing, and we left already talking about when we’re coming back. Thanks to Erin and the amazing team at ThunderBowls lane this was an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning again and again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, a fun atmosphere, and a wonderful time with family or friends!

I really wish i could give this place one star. The biggest point id like to say is DO NOT GO HERE. I use to bowl here all the time with my family under the old owners but after bowlero took over ive returned once and never again. they ruined this place and turned it into a cold coorporate atmosphere. the managers never have any idea whats going on and if you call on different days you get completley different answers. The front desk lady Altia was incredibly mean to me, my husband, our children and other customers. I dont understand why she hasnt been fired or disciplined considering the numerous bad reviews regarding her. Its a shame because all the other staff were super nice especially Erin the bartender but the front desk lady ruined it for me. will not be returning unless she isint there.

This was the first time I've been to Thunderbowl Lanes. The building is enormous. It's sectioned off so it's not too overwhelming inside. The regular bowling alley has 74 lanes and the VIP section (which is closed off) has more. There's a small arcade, small Pro shop, bar, and snack bar. The lanes were well oiled, had bumpers, as well as a ball ramp for the littles. There were balls with double thumb holes to accommodate different size hands and staff were very kind and helpful. Now for the reason I was there. It was my nephews 19th birthday and he's going to be playing with the Pros in March. Seeing this is the largest bowling alley in the U.S. and second in the world it's very popular for the PBA to make a stop here. He wanted to try it out before March to get a feel for the lanes and how his bowling balls reacted. He did pretty well but since we were there and it was his birthday, I bought him another ball. The Pro shop spent time with him, answered all his questions, gave him a discount, and drilled the ball within a half hour. He walked out with ball in hand ready for the 2 hour drive back in March! Thank you Thunderbowl Lanes for giving my nephew something he's been dreaming of! Can't wait to see you in March!

I've bowled they're since the 70's as a kid and I understand things change but Bowlero has ruined the bowling experience. Only one of the Thunderbowl staff are still employed I was told at the desk. Group of 7 of us bowling and they put us on one lane despite the house not being full. $23 per person with shoes. 2 hours of bowling each and we weren't able to get in 2 games in per person. Crammed 7 of us into the bowling area for one lane and no room to move around. They charge a $10 cover for non bowlers in the group. Complete BS. Wait staff never asked if we wanted anything. Went to the bar and asked for a pitcher of water which they do supply during league bowling. They will not supply water during open bowling. I bowl in a league in a Bowlero in Colorado weekly and they have ruined that house as well. Just stinks what they've done.
