- MWMegan WebbOct 13, 20255.0We stopped in without a reservation after our sailing trip was canceled last minute, and Mallory completely saved the day! She was incredibly professional and handled the morning rush with ease. Even though they were busy, she managed to get us two e-bikes for a half-day rental. This was our first time riding e-bikes, but after a quick and clear lesson from Mallory, we were on our way. Each bike came equipped with a fix-a-flat kit, tools, and a lock — everything you might need for a day in the park. The bikes were powerful and made exploring the hills of Acadia a breeze! We used the AllTrails app for navigation (highly recommend it!) and ended up riding about 33 miles from 10 AM to 2 PM, stopping at Jordan Pond and several other beautiful spots along the way. Overall, this experience was the highlight of our trip to Bar Harbor. Huge thanks to Mallory and the team for making it such a great day!

- JMJ MJul 25, 20245.0Pedego Electric Bikes in Bar Harbor provided a great renting experience. The reservation was seamless, although I was delayed by airport issues, Pedego remained easy to work with. Picking up the bike was easy. The carriage roads are beautiful, and the adventure was awesome! My bike was dependable, and I had no problems. Returning the bike was simple, although I was yelled at by a bus director for riding on the same entrance sidewalk as they sent me out of the store on, which was about 15 to 20 feet. I don't think she worked for Pedego; she was hot tempered. Just walk your bike onto the sidewalk in front of the rental building. I will definitely rent from Pedego again. It's a great place!
