  I’m a regular and to be fair I have won and lost probably about the same ! But, the payout when I been gambling high is something to be shocked. Yesterday I was bidding on a 25 cent/ 12.50 bid and had two chances of winning kind of big …. 2 /6 free games … nothing 🥹 it just took my money. I came @ 1130 and left at about 1230 with 1000 🤣 I played the gorilla and I played 10 cent on a 7.50 bet and Won 500 but it was brutal, once I got that it slowly took it back to 200😔 everything was high and the machine was like making it hard to win the jackpots. Totally amazing. I played a lower amount on a machine and it was full ready to let go and I played 2 cents … 1.50 bet won maybe 20 dollars 🤣. Couldn’t get them to pay off . The saying for here is if you don’t leave with what you have they will take it😏 I had won $750 dollars of free slot just back about 6 months ago and they took it back 🥹 not one time did I win…. Doesn’t make sense to even try and use the free win slot 😏

  We Put 100$ in and left with 1800$ ,the plan was to lose it so we bet big and hit on the train slots game. When you hit , take whatever it is and run , the place isn't that fun anyway, it's good for quick fun but only if you have it to lose.

  Did not care for atmosphere. Turned away at first entrance because license had a crack on it. Refused to even try to scan it. Closes at 2 am

  The poker room is not open Monday - Wednesday. There are too many buy-in options for the table games. Drinks are not free for table players. They don't allow you to walk through the Casino with your bags to the hotel. The room was over 78-degrees and there was no control over the room temperature. Calling the front desk required calling a phone answering service. The hotel got back to me saying they'd send someone to my room to look into the heat issue but no one ever came.

  Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, there was dust everywhere, and we had to call for another blanket because the one in our room had a yellow, crusty stain on it. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the service at Hops House 99, the staff was great, and the food was awesome. We were also told that if we billed our meal to the room, we’d get a $5 credit, which we did. After dinner, we stopped by the small store near check-in to grab some water and snacks. After browsing for several minutes, the woman at the front desk informed us that their system was down and she couldn’t sell us anything. We asked if she could bill it to our room once the system was back up, but she said no. Not a huge deal, we figured we’d just use the two 10 oz complimentary waters in the room. However, upon checkout, I noticed a $10 “amenity charge” on our bill. When I asked about it, I was told it covered the two bottles of water, the $5 dining credit, and “other things.” That honestly felt ridiculous, if I’m paying for it, don’t call it an amenity. All in all, we still had a decent time. It was nice to gamble a little, enjoy some good food, and relax afterward. Would I stay again? Maybe, but only if the price wasn’t over $200 a night, the room was worth $100 tops.
