From the moment we walked in, Mike greeted us with professionalism and a friendly attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable. It had been years since my wife and I had been on bikes, and after recently being advised by our doctors to give up running, we were a bit unsure of where to start. Mike took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand our needs and goals, ensuring we selected the right bikes for our situation. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions—no matter how many we had! After choosing our bikes, he guided us through selecting accessories (definitely the fun part). When we returned the next day, everything had already been installed. Mike then supervised a short test ride in the parking lot, helped attach the trunk rack to our car, and even shared recommendations for local trails in the DMV area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We truly appreciate the level of care and service we received and look forward to doing more business with Trek in the future.

It was delivered to my daughters house and when she tried to put the training wheels on they would not stay. I just had hand surgery so I wasn't much help. I took it to the store and Jesse and Lane fixed the wheels and the handle bars within minutes. They refused to charge me anything. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank You!!!
