I took my family bowling about two Saturday ago for the night time bowling and the racks were coming down slow and the pins kept falling down and had to keep getting the staff to reset it. It took the staff 3 to 5 min if not longer everytime to fix. We only bowIed 3 games in 2 hours. paid for the two hour Night time bowling so of course it was packed. I went to the counter several times and took a video of how long it takes for the pins 🎳 to reset. Balls stuck and theybtake there time tonget them. She looked at the 3 min video and said wow. She was very nice and actually gave me a coupon and said come back and use this coupon. It was my fault for maybe not reading the coupon but, why would I want to come back and bowl for 2 hours when the music and fun are on Friday and Saturday Night. So of course, I had to pay again which is not a problem but I think it was a little ridiculous. Pay for a Saturday Night bowling but use the coupon on any other time but then. Got tricked. SMH never again.

Only challenge is that they didn't have enough staff.So in ordering, we were waiting thirty minutes or more.For something as simple as water and lemonade to be served at the table... but the staff was accommodating as much as they could be.

Even though I hadn’t made the right reservation, the manager was amazing — she worked with me to fix everything and made sure we had a wonderful space for my son and all his little friends. The staff was super attentive and friendly, always making sure everything went perfectly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family outing. If you’re looking for a place that combines fun, good food, and great service, this is definitely the spot. 💯 I highly recommend it — 10 out of 10! Thank you so much to the whole team for making this day so special!
