  It was a very frustrating experience. The wait times for everything are out of control. The health department should take a good hard look at the food side of this place. From the moment we walked in to when we got up to counter was 30 minutes, the we were placed on a text based wait list that didn't go off for TWO HOURS after they said it would only be a 20-30 minute wait. While we were waiting I bought my kid a tender and fries basket which took 40 minutes to get. I used to bowl here in a league and never had such a bad experience but in the past year it's become terrible. The kitchen staff had loose long hair and we're frequently touching and coming in and out to the dirty alleys and back into the kitchen with no hand washing or any nod towards cleanliness, I had plenty of time to observe this while I was waiting on our food order because of the ridiculous wait time. Anyway, if you're going prepare for a lot of overcrowded waiting for a mediocre experience.

  I had an amazing experience at this bowling alley! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful — they made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The lanes worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The food was surprisingly delicious and fresh, definitely better than most bowling alley snacks. Overall, this spot exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, fun place with great service and good food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  We had an amazing time at the bowling alley! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The lanes were clean, the equipment worked perfectly, and everything ran smoothly. It was the perfect spot to relax, have fun, and enjoy some friendly competition. A special shoutout to Brandon for doing a fantastic job helping us throughout our visit. He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and great customer service truly made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this bowling alley to in the Waldorf area! 🎳

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at AMC Waldorf Lanes! The facility was clean, the lanes were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Manager Brandon went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about the guests having a great time. It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness and positive energy. Whether you’re going for casual fun, a date night, or a group outing, this place delivers. Highly recommend!

  Staff always friendly and helpful. I come here to bowl in my free time which is not often. Today 2/16/26 I went to the lanes to get a few games in. I was a little too late because the leagues were about to start in about an hour, but they needed to clean the lanes first. Also the had to clear the other people already playing so I was yet again left without a lane, until…. Kiana B said “hey there is a lane available at the end and why aren’t you in a league”. I said I know I should join one but I won’t be able to get here consistently is my issue. She said you’re all set to go!! I said I greatly appreciate it and bowled my 4 games.
