Horrible experience today, the establishment double booked my lane and I was completely treated poorly and unfair. I don't want to make this a race thing but corporate was contacted. If the guest that arrived was bowling and had purchased a lane and I arrived I know they wouldn't have been inconvenience the way my family and I was today. Horrible customer service from the assistant and general manager. They don't deserve the leadership titles which they hold due to the behavior that was displayed in front of other patrons today. The nicest person in this facilty was the lady at the restaurant side. No apology, no empathy, just a overall disgusting experience. I will make it my duty to make sure that this doesn't happen to another family again. Today white privilege was experienced sad to say and that staff members were absolutely wrong on all levels for how they handled the situation that they actually created. After today this place deserves zero stars due to poor customer service, dismissive attitudes, unprofessionalism, zero empathy, and not understanding that no matter the color of our skin we all deserve to be treated with respect and that wasn't what happened today. Not to mention to be treated so disrespectfully in front of all of these people was another level of degrading😔

The manager on duty at about 8pm on 3/20/26 whose name I belive was Dion was an absolute angel. He helped me and my family get a lane for my fathers memorial and checked on us afterwards. It was super busy and he kept everything in order, the lines the lanes and the crowds. THANK YOU SO MUCH

This is the first time I’ve not been able to find a ball to bowl with. The medium/large were oddly shaped and too heavy. The attendant said the kids destroy the smaller/lighter bowls so they have a few for birthday parties. The bowling alley had the lights down at 2 pm - it was always dark the attendant said to create a vibe. We had 6 in our group stuffed into a small space as others were put beside us even though there were several unoccupied lanes towards the end of the bowling alley. I will not return to Lucky Strike in Timonium.

SKIP THIS PLACE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! We spent 450$ on food and bowling and had terrible service they have no idea what they are doing couldn’t print a receipt at the end. Didn’t give us silverware, wouldn’t give us a pitcher of water made us buy $5 bottles of waters. I was told that I couldn’t sit in the area behind our lanes b/c that’s where the food goes then when they brought food out and put it there I was told to move it (I thought they were joking). Mangers were rude and my two servers were lost. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Update: I reached out the day of to let them know of my experience, the manager I spoke with offered me some comps but never followed through. I also emailed and have not heard back. Poor customer service 👎!!!

BIRTHDAY PARTY PLANNERS BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK! We recently booked my daughters 10th birthday at Lucky Strike. I called the event planning sales office and was lead to believe that with the package we purchased we would have (and I quote) "endless" pizza, chicken fingers, and drinks. Along with that, each attendee would get a $10 arcade card. And of course I assumed we would get quality customer service and attentiveness. HOWEVER we got NONE of the above. In our 2 hour time slot we were only given a total of 3 medium sized pizzas, which is nothing for nine 10 year olds and two 12 year olds. We didn't get served any chicken fingers until after an hour of the party had passed. Our drinks were filled once and then ran dry, and the only way they were refilled was by us racing around to find someone to help. I had to pull glasses and napkins from other parties because they never gave them to us, or gave us enough. In fact at one point the kids were so thirsty, and went so long without our pitcher of water being refilled, that I had to walk to the bar and ask for glasses of water (which they initially told me I would have to pay for), then shuttle them back to our area 3 at a time. We were never given our arcade cards, we never got the extra drink tickets the staff offered for the issues that kept recurring, and I only saw our dedicated server 1 time in our 2 hour window. Upon raising my concerns to the general manager the following day he offered me to come back at a discount, which we certainly didn't want given the terrible experience. He reminded me that the kids did have a good time and made sure to tell me to mention that in my google review - which I am now doing, but I reminded him that the kids didn't pay for the services they never received and in the context of the conversation, one thing had little to do with the other. The next day I spoke with the rep from the sales office who booked the party and she told me she misspoke and it wasn't "endless" food, it was "lightly refilled"...but that is not the deal I signed up for. A classic bait and switch. After all was said and done, the kids were constantly hungry, constantly thirsty, and we parents were constantly looking to flag down people to help. It was NOT at all close to what we were sold on, and the only thing we have been offered was a refund for the arcade gift cards that never arrived. We spent nearly $500, got terrible service, hardly got any of the food or drink that was promised, sent kids home still hungry, didn't get any arcade cards, and received very little concession from the general manager. And all they offered back was $42 for the arcade cards which never came, so of course we should get that back. I had expected them to admit their mistake and offer us a partial refund since the services and food/drinks they provided were far from what was promised and paid for. But even after speaking with the Senior Director of Sales for the East Coast, they refused to offer anything beyond $42 and a chance to come back and try them again. What a terrible experience. During and after. They were great when they were booking me and taking my money, but once they had my money, it all when to .... Avoid booking your party here.
